Maria is an award-winning qualified marketing and communications consultant who helps purpose-driven businesses increase turnover and brand awareness.
She has almost 10 years of experience in marcomms roles across a variety of sectors including social housing, B2B multinational construction,travel, social enterprise, charities and healthcare.
She holds a mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week and is Carbon Literacy Accredited. A member of the Better Business Network, she also mentors under-represented business owners and is a volunteer for her local wildlife trust.

Katherine is a South West-based sustainability professional who has worked in environmental consultancy for the past 7 years. She has specific experience in
ecology (including Biodiversity Net Gain), sustainable business management (through the University of Cambridge) and carbon reduction strategies.
She set up a sustainable lifestyle coaching business to help people and businesses who care about the planet and environment become more sustainable. Biodiversity Net Gain is a theme she’s been involved throughout her career and she regularly supports businesses in this area.
She loves spending time outdoors in nature, continuously growing her understanding about nature and having a positive impact within her community. Beyond her professional pursuits, her special interests are sustainable travel and wildlife conservation.

Gavin is is a qualified Sustainability Professional with GRI. He trained as a Chartered Accountant but has been focused on sustainability since 2016, working with client's in responding to sustainability aspects of public procurement and developing sustainability strategies.
Prior to Sustainology, he was involved with evaluating Amey's energy from waste strategy in 2005 consequently, he has a range and depth of experience of sustainability issues facing the organisations he worked for.
Experienced in calculating carbon footprints and developing net-zero, sustainability and ESG strategies he has an amicable approach to commuicating and formulating responses to client's sustainability issues.
